At boutique Sydney catering firm Eat&Co., seasonality, provenance and visual appeal are key. Director, head chef and all-round gastro-genius Sam Batchelor has honed a humble philosophy, through his time in the hospitality industry in establishments such as Sydney’s Rockpool, to showcase quality produce in accessible contexts.
Alongside weekly meals and workplace ‘desk dining’ (a salad subscription service), an allegiance of clients delight in his bespoke catering menus and signature cheese spreads.
