Is there disabled access throughout Chatswood Chase? 

Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre is fully accessible by wheelchair. There is a lift servicing all levels, and also lift access to Victoria Avenue from Ground Level. Here at Chatswood Chase, we strive to make the shopping experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for all of our customers.

Can I hire a wheelchair or a stroller in Chatswood Chase? 

Strollers & Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Concierge Desk free of charge, with approved identification.
Single strollers are available, as are both Manual and Motorised wheelchairs. Bookings are recommended as numbers are limited. Please phone the Concierge Desk on 9422 5317.

What facilities are available throughout Chatswood Chase? 

Toilets are located throughout the centre for your convenience, including facilities for people with disabilities and baby changing rooms. Information Boards and Centre Directories are also available on each level. 

What facilities are available for parents with children at Chatswood Chase?

Parents Rooms, available near the carpark entrance on the Ground and Top Levels, are well equipped with baby change areas, private feeding rooms, microwave ovens and toilets for your convenience.

Commonwealth Bank

ATMs can be found on Ground Level, at the bottom of the escalators and on the Lower Ground Level, at the bottom of the escalators from Archer Street.

ATMs can be found on Level 1, at the bottom of the escalators, and Level 2, near Pumpkin Patch.

Westpac

An ATM can be found on the Lower Ground Level, outside of Kmart.
