Development Update

Chatswood Chase Sydney are proud to celebrate the completion of the development with 70 new retailers joining the already impressive retail offer with a focus on Australian and international designer fashion.

A plethora of hot designer names opened their doors during the 22 month development including Fleur Wood, Bettina Liano, Sambag, Arthur Galan AG, Ben Sherman, Lacoste and Calibre. The $180 million project also saw the creation of a new dining experience and an impressive new façade on Victoria Avenue, adding another layer of style and decadence to the notoriously stylish centre.

The first group of new retailers opened in December 2008 on Ground Level. This included luxury jeweller Hardy Brothers and fashion brands Ben Sherman and Lacoste, Declic, Speedo, L'Occitane and Sunglass Hut.

Ground Level & Level One new fashion mall opened in early March 2009 with exciting new fashion retailers – such as Espirit, Calvin Klein Jeans, Bettina Liano, Calibre, Fleur Wood and Metallicus.

The Fresh Food precinct opened in April 2009 on Lower Ground, with the new state of the art Coles, fresh food and service retailers - such as Tongli Supermarket, Quattro Formaggi, My House, 1001 Optical, Lawrence drycleaners.

The services precinct was launched on the 18th August 2009 introducing the new services retailers on Lower Ground such as Cobbler Plus, Harvey World Travel, Hairtalks, Keerati, 3 Mobile, Massage Haven & Ella Rouge Beauty.

The final stage of the development opened 30 October 2009 with the much anticipated international dining court.

Car Parks

The extension of the car park is now complete.

Malvern Avenue entry delivers you to Level GA upon your arrival. New internal carpark ramps allow easy access to all levels of the carpark. The new Carpark lifts are now operational giving you access to all levels of the mall and car park.

New travelators are also open allowing easy access to the new fresh food mall and Coles from B1 and B2 car park levels (entry from Victoria Avenue)

Arrive in style with the new valet parking now available. Test drive valet for only $10. Entry via Victoria Avenue to B1 level. Please note normal parking fees apply (First 3 hours are free).
